1. Short Term Fullstack Software Engineer in React Native and Node js

Description

Ongoing | Commitment: Full Time | Duration: 6 to 12 Weeks Initially
We’re developing a service marketplace platform similar to Urban Company (previously UrbanClap) — connecting customers, service providers, and administrators under one ecosystem. The project is partially developed and now requires a dedicated engineer to take full ownership of the technical side, including development, maintenance, and ongoing system auditing.

Roles & Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:
1. Continuing development on an existing React Native + Node.js codebase.
2. Integrating Stripe Payment Gateway and a Wallet System for all three panels:

Users/Customers
Service Providers/Employees
Admins

3. Identifying and fixing bugs or inconsistencies proactively.
4. Keeping the system updated, optimized, and secure.
5. Collaborating continuously through weekly discussions and feature planning.
6. Maintaining and improving the software before and after deployment.

Engagement Terms:
1. Workload: ~30 hours per week (flexible hours possible).
2. Duration: Ongoing/indefinite (continuous involvement is expected).
3. Nature of Work: Remote (long-term freelance or employment-based collaboration).
4. Note: Even if your weekly active hours are lower or higher, it will be considered a standard 30-hour work week for project continuity and consistency.
5. IMPORTANT: You will be expected to manage your own development environment, deployment testing, and coordinate with any existing backend or frontend assets.

Eligibility Criteria

Must Have Skills :

Frontend: React Native, Backend: Node.js (Express preferred), Database: MongoDB or similar, Integrations: Stripe Payment Gateway, Wallet system, Version Control: GitHub or GitLab

Experience :

Proven experience with React Native & Node.js fullstack development.
Familiarity with scalable app architectures and payment gateway integrations.
Strong debugging, code review, and optimization skills.
Comfortable working independently while maintaining consistent communication.
Long-term mindset — someone who wants to build, maintain, and grow a product continuously.

Educational Qualification :

12th/UG/Bachelor's Degree with a Certified University or College with with satisfactory academic performance in Computer Science/Informational Technology or relevant fields.

2. Sales or Business Development Manager

Description

Responsible for engaging inbound leads, nurturing existing client relationships via email, calls, and WhatsApp, and converting opportunities into paid IT services engagements. Drives proposals, coordinates with delivery teams, and maintains the sales pipeline. This role requires a confident communicator who can convert interest into projects while keeping delivery teams protected from over-commitment. The person will be the client-facing voice of the company for many engagements and must keep records up to date and escalate scope or payment risks early.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound leads and qualify requirements
2. Follow up with prospects via email, phone and WhatsApp until closure
3. Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive support
4. Create tailored pitches, proposals and quotations aligned to client needs
5. Coordinate with project and technical teams to estimate timelines and scope
6. Update CRM/lead sheets and provide weekly/monthly sales reports
7. Hit monthly and quarterly conversion and revenue targets

Eligibility Criteria

Must Have Skills :

1. Excellent verbal and written communication
2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
3. Basic technical literacy in web and software services (able to translate business needs to dev team)
4. CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or simple Excel workflows)
5. Organised follow-up and pipeline management
6. Comfortable using email, phone, and WhatsApp for professional communication

Experience :

1–4 years experience in sales/BD/client success preferred — exceptional freshers considered. Demonstrable track record of handling B2B or tech-led sales (if available).

Educational Qualification :
