1. Sales or Business Development Manager
Description
Responsible for engaging inbound leads, nurturing existing client relationships via email, calls, and WhatsApp, and converting opportunities into paid IT services engagements. Drives proposals, coordinates with delivery teams, and maintains the sales pipeline. This role requires a confident communicator who can convert interest into projects while keeping delivery teams protected from over-commitment. The person will be the client-facing voice of the company for many engagements and must keep records up to date and escalate scope or payment risks early.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound leads and qualify requirements
2. Follow up with prospects via email, phone and WhatsApp until closure
3. Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive support
4. Create tailored pitches, proposals and quotations aligned to client needs
5. Coordinate with project and technical teams to estimate timelines and scope
6. Update CRM/lead sheets and provide weekly/monthly sales reports
7. Hit monthly and quarterly conversion and revenue targets
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have Skills :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication
2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
3. Basic technical literacy in web and software services (able to translate business needs to dev team)
4. CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or simple Excel workflows)
5. Organised follow-up and pipeline management
6. Comfortable using email, phone, and WhatsApp for professional communication
Experience :
1–4 years experience in sales/BD/client success preferred — exceptional freshers considered. Demonstrable track record of handling B2B or tech-led sales (if available).
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline) with a Certified University or College with with satisfactory academic performance in Relevant fields.
